Christmas present ideas?

I'm having trouble thinking of ideas for Christmas presents for my boyfriend. He's 18 and we've been together about 7 months. He loves electronics and he's obsessed with learning foreign languages. On the other hand, he's already got a Zune, a pda, all the Rosetta Stone programs... I was thinking maybe a PSP? I would prefer to spend around $200 or less. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
