Is the Obama Regime going to spin the New York Photo-op as being a stimulus to the economy?

After all, if they pay the poor pilots, ground crew, photographers, and then pay for the fuel that had to be refined at an American Refinery, and then any spare parts that needed to be changed on the planes in the near future because of the added flight hours, all the money is going to trickle up into the economy, right?
