What is the difference between these processors?

I am going to be a college student next year so I figured that I needed a laptop. I did some research and boiled it down to the Toshiba Satellite l500 and the HP G60t. I decided that I would probably go with the HP. My problem is that they asked me whether I wanted the standard Intel Pentium Processor T4300 (2.1GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB) or the Intel Pentium Dual core Mobile Processor T4400 (2.2 GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB) which is $25 more. I have no idea what any of this means and was wondering if anyone could tell me which one is more worth it for someone who is going to use the computer for mostly schoolwork, I don't play many online games. or anything.
