Why would I make plagiarism allegations against WCBS TV's "Touched By An Angel" if I couldn't back it up?

I missed the opportunity to respond to an answer posted to one of my other questions. I don't have the financial resources to go up against mega-giant WCBS TV but if and when the time ever comes I'm not only ready to prove my allegations, but further allege that based on both information I submitted and withheld, WCBS TV undermined and sabotaged my original idea for the series--simply because I never submitted the most important part of the idea. I welcome WCBS TV to come after me for libel, as the answerer mentioned. After all they're always exposing exposing other people's aberrations. But do they dare investigate their own?
