Fantasy football trade advice?

Ok so someone offered me a trade Brandon Jacobs for Willis Mcgahee, Willie Parker and Matt Staford. I dont need Staford so i declined the trade and did a counter offer. Mine was Brandon Jacobs Fred jackson and TO for Brian Westbrook, Willie parker and Steve Smith(Carolina) Stat wise he is getting the better deal because parker and westbrook havent really produced and TO and steve smith are equal for points. if it were you would you accept this offer
