What are my chances of being expelled help 10 points urgent?

Ok so i have gotten into a fight at school but it was just a little ***** push fight but of course they freaked out then i was playing with a teacher i punched him in the stomach not hard but like a punch freinds do to each other now they are reccommeing me for explosion so right now im suspended for 6 days and my mom said they said even if i dont get expelled i still cant return to that school i go to a retard school my mom says but i dont want to i want to stay here cause i really miss my teacher she was really nice i cant leave her im sad right not so if my mom lieing or is this tru can they do this i am also in special ed what are chances of me returning please help i live in indiana
