Advice por favor ladies :)?

so i just started to work out recently at a golds gym close to my house,and there is this college girl that is just jaw dropping gorgeous. i mean bruno mars made "just the way you are" for that girl, because that song relates to her. every weekday when i come there and if she is working, we both say good morning to each other. then thats it. i want to talk to her more and get to know her more, but i don't know about the outcome. this happens to me a lot. thinking before acting. what should i do to talk to her and maybe ask her out or go the movies or somethin...
