I see a very small dark spot when I blink really fast is this serious?

I see a very small dark spot in the center of my field of vision when I blink really fast, but then it goes away, I can only see it in my right eye, this isn't a floater because it doesn't move I see it then I keep blinking really fast and it disappears, then if I move my eyes to focus on something else it reappears in the same spot, I don't know if I should worry or not this kind of eye stuff happens to me around this time of year last year it was floaters then they went away by spring and this year its this spot! the bad thing is that I dont have health insurance until january.
