I'm 6 ft tall,185 pounds and I work out pretty much every day,how many gles of milk should I drink a day,I eat every 3 hours so 5 meals a day,I've been thinking drinking 5 gles=1 per meal,also I only drink water and a little OJ in the morning,no sodas(not even diet) or non of that crap,no cookies,no cakes nothing....thanks
