What should happen to Tennessee?

As you may have heard, Tennessee has refused to renew the contract with UConn. That means the biggest rivalry in women's college basketball is on the brink of extinction unless they meet in a tournament. New news has reported that the reason Tennessee has refused to rnew the contract is that someone supposedly spotted Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird talking to the new recruit, Maia Moore. Tennesse brought their case to the NCAA, but the case was dismissed due to the fact that Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird were playing basketball in Russia. The question is wether or not Tennesse should be punished with this false accusation?
