Does my processor meets the requirements for PC games?

I have a Vostro 200, Mini Tower Intel Pentium DualCore CPU E2160 (1.80GHz, 800 FSB). I want to play the new street fighter 4 for pc and the minimum requirement is pentium 4 processor. Would I need to upgrade the processor or does my processor meets the requirement? Also would it run slow when playing the game online? Thanks in advance
